Mobile Supper Club | Apr. 1, 2009

Join our new networking program for executive discussion and dealmaking called the Mobile Supper Club. Our attendees are thought leadership executives who include entrepreneurs, investors and corporate employees who crave intellectual and thoughtful conversation in an elegant setting conducive to forging business deals.

We are holding a dinner during CTIA for a hand picked, elite group of 50 mobile, tech and entertainment executives on the theme of Mobile Broadband.  The purpose is to facilitate networking, business development, and thought leadership in an intimate setting.

Dinner Program from 6:30pm-8:00pm:
We will have three hosts that will lead the discussion. They will give comments on the industry, and then exchange in dialogue with the audience for 30 minutes.  Then the guests will be seated in round tables of 6. They will each introduce themselves and then be given topics for a discussion. The hosts help select the target attendee list which they will provide to us; and we invite the guests from our database.   
 
Party 8:00pm-10:00pm:
The reception will consist of 6 foot demo tables with Internet and electrical outlets. We will have a networking reception with 200 invited guests. Sponsors will have demo tables; can bring signage; listing in promotion and website; and tickets to distribute to clients and partners.

Arnaud Robert is Corporate Vice President, Emerging Technology Strategy for The Walt Disney Company. In his role, Arnaud guides the company and its business units through the rapidly changing digital media distribution ecosystem, drives consumer enablement efforts, and also provides insights on related emerging technologies. In addition, Arnaud leads the content protection technology strategy for the company. Arnaud has previously held senior positions at Thomson-Technicolor, Microsoft, Nagravision-Kudelski, and start-up ventures. Arnaud has extensive background in digital media distribution platforms, media commerce, signal processing, cryptography, and brain modeling. He holds a doctorate and masters of Computer Science from the Swiss Institute of Technology, as well as a degree in Communication Systems from the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal. Arnaud has more than a dozen patents issued or pending in emerging media technologies, has published over thirty broadly distributed scientific papers in new media, and is directly involved in deployment projects across Disney's varied media enterprises.
