Press Partnerships

We offer many PR and media opportunities for sponsors. Each sponsor receives an advance press list two weeks before the conference. The list is continually updated. We typically have 10-50 journalists and analysts covering each event. We do not give out the advance press list to non-sponsoring speakers, but at conferences we are always happy to share information regarding which media outlets are attending, and to introduce speakers to press on site.

Advance press/analyst list

The press/analyst list will be sent to each exhibitor and sponsor two weeks before each summit with updates. This information will give you the opportunity to set up on-site interviews and meetings prior to the event. We usually have a press room onsite where you can arrange press interviews.

PR Strategy and Counsel

We use the public relations firm Excite Media for advance publicity. We can assist you with any questions or issues you may have regarding your PR outreach strategy before or during the event, including tips on contacting press and analysts, as well as PR advice based on industry events and topics that will be of interest to your company. Exhibitor PR Service Partner: Business Wire

Business Wire is the official news service for our events. We send out press releases beginning one month before the event to media outlets all over the world. Exhibitors can take advantage of discounted domestic newslines, multimedia news releases, online press kits and specialized targeted distribution circuits to deliver news to key audiences. Making a News Announcement

If your company is planning on making an announcement, we can help you increase exposure through a press release detailing exhibitor announcements at the event. We will also provide meeting rooms for press conferences according to availability.
