Prior to founding IODA, Arnold guided the development of Listen.com's back-end data and royalty systems that power RealNetworks Rhapsody music service. Scott Boyd is a Director of Music Industry Relations for AOL® Music, the AOL® Radio Network and Spinner.com. He also oversees programming for AOL Music On Demand, the #1 free video on demand service on Time Warner Cable, and manages AOL Music’s relationship with Apple iTunes. Prior to joining AOL, Mr. Boyd served as an A&R representative for Time Bomb Recordings, and was a manager at Rebel Waltz Management, working with artists including No Doubt, Social Distortion, Chris Cornel and The Offspring. Mr. Boyd graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Lincoln Brown

Brown's experience in creating and founding successful ventures spans nearly a decade. While attending Wharton School of Business, Brown was the Co-managing Partner of Hartley Brown Venture Partners, an investment fund with annual returns exceeding 40%.  Additionally, HBVP made several seed investments in successful technology companies, most notably providing the initial seed capital for Coremetrics, the online analytics leader in CRM management. Lincoln was also responsible for founding BestHomes Holdings where he was the Vice-Chairman of BestHomes Holdings, an international leader in providing affordable housing solutions in developing countries.  BHS currently has offices in New York and the Ukraine. Brown is also active in helping to provide support in the Republic of Haiti.  He is an avid supporter of the Northwest Haiti Christian Mission ( www.nwhcm.org ). Before NightFire, Bruce served as vice president of marketing at Radius (and its successor Digital Origin), the renowned maker of digital media products, where he led a complete rebranding, created new retail products, and expanded international distribution. Bruce was also successful as an entrepreneur, co-founding Fatbubble, Inc., a pioneering social networking and peer-to-peer marketing firm, and the not-for-profit Texas Telemedicine Project. He also served in senior sales and marketing management positions at VTEL Corporation, a leading video-conferencing technology company. Before entering the private sector, Bruce was an instructor and senior lecturer in economics at the University of Texas at Austin, Texas State University, and Austin Community College. Bruce earned his B.A. and M.A. degrees in economics from the University of Texas at Austin , where he also completed his doctoral coursework in international monetary economics.

Gary L. Churgin was appointed the President and CEO of the Harry Fox Agency, Inc. (HFA) in January 2001. Scott Fedewa is Executive Vice President and Executive Producer for Live Nation, the world's largest concert promoter/venue operator. Scott runs the company's Digital Products group, where he is responsible for creative development, strategy, design, and front-end production of the company's web sites, including LiveNation.com and HOB.com, as well as other new media initiatives and products. A pioneer in interactive entertainment, Scott has been building innovative online entertainment businesses since 1995. He founded the pioneering online music community, Musicosm.com, worked with a variety of venture capital-backed dot-coms during the boom, and helped build interactive businesses for top television clients including Bill O'Reilly, Larry King, Glenn Beck, and DIC's Trollz.com. As Director of Brand Marketing for eMusic, Reid Genauer brings a unique combination of experience as a brand manager and professional musician to his role. Genauer oversaw the recent re-positioning of the eMusic brand as the #1 Site For Independent Music via a 10-week campaign including national cable television and print advertising, wild posting and grass roots marketing efforts. His duties include managing eMusic's advertising agency, strategic and creative development, and media placement. Prior to joining eMusic, Genauer worked as a Brand Manager at Snapple and Timberland. Tricia Halloran, radio personality, D.J. and host of "Brave New World" on public radio station 89.9 KCRW/ Santa Monica , joined HUM as Creative Director in June, 2002. The Santa Monica-based shop was founded in 1996 by owner/composer Jeff Koz.  Halloran serves HUM's advertising agency clients by bringing in emerging recording artists and established stars to create original music for commercials. The company also researches, remixes or licenses existing recorded material, matching the right track with the right spot.
