and the Korean Cable Television Association on topics ranging

Prior to joining Verizon, he was a director of Broadband

Guy obtained his PhD in Computer Science from the University
of Delaware. His early work focused on a number of object-oriented
programming languages such as Smalltalk and various flavors
of lisp. This led to work on C++, specifically in the area
of embedded systems. In 1990 Dr. Cherry began working with
digital video in the Computer Research Labs at Tektronix
Incorporated and developed some of the first video networking
and storage systems using ATM and motion-JPEG. He served
on the ISO MPEG Committee from 1993 to 1996 and currently
contributes to the SCTE DVS committees. Dr. Cherry joined
C-COR in 2000 and is currently a C-COR Principal Architect
for Video Systems.

Working as a leader in executive media sales for RDE, Mr.
Bradley has developed relationships with top brands, leading

annual growth (from $5 million to $100 million in revenues
in just over four years). Mr. Bradley was instrumental in

Chris works closely with all of the company's divisions
and the Marketing and Licensing departments identifying
both outside and internally developed technology opportunities,
developing new business leveraging the Lucasfilm intellectual

more tactical, near term issues. He is also heavily involved
with THX -- helping set and execute strategy and goals.
Mr. Carvalho leads the company's business analysis of new
technology and digital media - wireless, internet, digital
cinema, video on demand, visual effects and animation software,
among others. He has identified all the major business partnerships
associated with Lucas Online, including ones with Yahoo,
Apple, AOL, Variety, and Atom Entertainment. For the Online
division, Mr. Carvalho has been the driving force behind

Stephen brings more than 20 years of marketing experience
to Entriq from the advertising and technology industries.
His primary role as Vice President, Marketing, is to clearly
position the company in the pay media marketplace. Mr. Condon's

public relations and trade show strategy. He commenced his
career in advertising working for J. Walter Thompson and

launch of DIRECTV at the advertising agency, Campbell-Ewald.
Mr. Condon later joined DIRECTV, as Senior Director of Marketing

acquisition promotions. In 1998 he moved from delivering
video over satellite to delivering video on the Internet
and joined INTERVU as Vice President of Marketing where
he lead strategic marketing efforts and marketing communications

Ken produced the Video Solutions for Independence interactive

involved with all of Viodi's clients. Mr. Pyle created Digital
Rights Management Reports that were approved by studios
for several clients. He created processes for clients to

and quad play. He joined IBM through its acquisition of

enterprises in the mid-west. Over the years he has held

Mr. Yelen was accountable for video product marketing,

corporate role at Cox Communications where he was part
of the original team that designed the nation's first

competitive strategy. Mr. Yelen has quite a bit of emerging
platform experience including at ACTV as Chief Marketing
Officer. There, he introduced targeted TV advertising
into the US. Before pursuing marketing and business development,
Richard held several operations and finance positions
with NBC.

Project Lightspeed. Project Lightspeed is the initiative
to expand the fiber-optics network deeper into neighborhoods

access services. AT&T companies expect to reach approximately
18 million households by the end of 2008 as part of initial
deployment, using fiber-to-the-node and fiber-to-the-premises
technologies. Mr. York was recently Senior Vice President
of Programming and Development at iN Demand Networks for
several years. He oversaw all programming, content acquisition,
program planning, scheduling and distribution to other platforms.
This included over seventy linear channels of high def,
pay-per-view, out-of-market professional and college sports
packages, and more VOD content than any other entity. Mr.
York was the first to program titles in high definition
VOD, and has overseen many of the biggest events in TV history.
