Ted
C. Burns is the Director of Product Management at
4INFO where he is responsible for the development
of search and content products across SMS, WAP, J2ME,
BREW, PC, and other mobile platforms. An expert in
content and application development for the Mobile
Web, Mr. Burns has worked with some of the biggest
global internet brands. Prior to 4INFO, Burns was
the Senior Product Manager at Yahoo! Mobile. Burns
managed strategy, production, and programming for
Yahoo!'s PC Web Site, and mobilized the Yahoo! network
through network integration and PC Mobile products
such as Mobile Alerts and Clipping. Prior to Yahoo!
Mobile, Mr. Burns was a Senior Manager for AOL Canada.
He was responsible for managing business and product
development and business strategy and partner relationships
for all of AOL Canada's content channels and vertical
markets. Mr. Burns was also a Technical Producer/Interactive
Media Developer for the Canadian division of AOL.

acquired Alysis Technologies (NASDAQ: ALYS), where
Jim also served as COO. In 1996 Jim co-founded @Work
Technologies, a leading global provider of Internet
billing and payment software. Today @Work's software
is being used by numerous billion-dollar organizations,
including many national postal services in both Europe
and Asia , to deliver electronic bills and receive
payments over the Internet. Jim served as @Work's
CEO until Alysis acquired the company in 1999. During
his career, Jim also started and/or built highly-successful
technology companies from the ground up in industries
as diverse as document management and international
electronic payment systems. Jim began his career at
AT&T where he held positions in sales, computer
hardware engineering and software development. In
1996 Jim co-authored one of the first books on the
Java programming language, Visual
J++ Java Programming . He earned an
MBA from New York University with dual concentrations
in Finance and International Business, as well as
a Bachelor of Science with magna cum laude honors
from Manhattan College . Jim has authored a number
of patents, both issued and pending, and has published

marketing, and management experience in the semiconductor
industry. He was vice president of worldwide sales
for wireless chip company picoChip prior to joining
Entropic, positioning the company for fast growth
in the emerging Wi-Max market. Before that he co-founded
and was named CEO of Transitive Technologies, developers
of technologies to allow software compiled for one
CPU to run on a different CPU with no performance
penalty, where he closed $11 million in customer deals.
Mr. Graham served as vice president of marketing for
Conexant in the late '90s, responsible for the company's
video and broadband chips, growing sales from single
digits to more than $140 million in three years to
a "who's-who" of consumer electronics companies including
NEC, Microsoft, Sony, DIRECTV, and Samsung among others.
He also managed the graphics business unit for Brooktree
Corporation, and held marketing and engineering positions
with Precision Monolithics and Ferranti Microelectronics
early in his career. Mr. Graham grew up in England,

with all of Viodi's clients. Mr. Pyle created Digital
Rights Management Reports that were approved by studios

Ranjan spent several years at Intel, leading standardisation

CableLabs for his efforts in defining the standard
for USB-based DOCSIS cable modems and during his time
at Liberate Technologies, he made significant contributions
to the advancement of interactive TV technology and
the definition of next-generation set-top boxes. Mr
Ranjan has also been actively involved in the DVB-MHP
standard and spent several years at Irdeto Access
working with Hollywood studios and major broadcasters,
facilitating the licensing of content specifically
for video over IP networks. After joining the company,
he headed Amino's highly successful US operations
until he recently relocated to the UK as Director
of Product Marketing at Amino's headquarters in Cambridge.
