Announcing the iHollywood Network - plus onsite networking lounge sponsored by Mobile Media Company.

The most compelling reason to come to an iHollyoodForum conference is to connect with people face-to-face. To facilitate that "get acquainted" process we've teamed up with introNetworks to launch the iHollywood Network, an award winning connection tool. Attendees will be able to:

  • Browse through the names and profiles of other attendees
  • Discover those who share your industry and interests
  • Contact them to set up meetings (and use our onsite networking lounge)
  • Get notifications by email or SMS when you receive a message through the system
  • and much more

As a registered attendee to an iHollywood Forum conference, kindly take a few minutes to register your Attendee profile. After registering, you can immediately reach out to others within the network and continue to do so during and after the conference.

2) To log in, you need your e-mail address, and the password emailed to you after registration

*Log-in details provided 2 weeks before a conference, passwords can be retrieved and updated by users.

3) Once you have logged in, you can then create your Attendee Profile (even upload a photo or video intro) in a few short steps and begin to make valuable connections with others prior to the conference.

This process will only take five minutes and will dramatically improve your chances of making a valuable connection at iHollywood Forum events. Your access remains live up to one month after the conference, so you will have a chance to meet everyone that attends the show, even if you didn’t have time to meet them face-to-face.

We are confident this technology will afford immeasurable opportunities to connect with the dealmakers at iHollywood Forum events. It is our hope that you will take advantage of this new tool!

  FAQ

Q: Can I contact attendees in advance?
A: Yes; plus during and after a conference. Registered attendees (Speakers, Sponsors and Paid Delegates) can send introMail to each other through the secure iHollywood Network

Q: I'm registered, but don't seem to have my password; how do I get one?
A: Use the retrieve password link first, and if you are in the system your password will be sent to you. Two weeks before a conference the log-in details with password will be sent to you via email. It's important to register for our conferences in advance, especially for this networking feature. Closer in to the event, we will update the system as time permits.

Q: Is the system secure?
A: As secure as possible, especially compared to other software we reviewed. To maintain privacy we do not display contact info (phone, SMS, email) to other users. You can only directly send and receive communications via introMail.

Q: How do I know when an attendee is contacting me?
A: You'll receive an email with a link to check the message center. To receive alerts when inquiries arrive, be sure your email is correct – plus you can include your SMS Number to receive messages. All carriers that deliver SMS are supported; - be sure to put in your SMS contact as your carrier describes (usually 12345678@carrier-name.com. Assistance Here)

Q: May I opt out of the system?
A: Yes. You may unsubscribe from any introMail sent to you, and alerts will no longer be sent to your email address (but you can still securely log-in and network with other Network members). To be completely removed from the Network - meaning you'll no longer be able to initiate contact with other members - send an email to network@ihollywoodforum.com.

Q: How long after a conference may I access the system?
A: One month for standard attendees. We are exploring an iHollywood Network subscription service. With our frequency of events and reach with decision-makers in technology and entertainment, we anticipate a vibrant community much like our conferences. Be sure to log-in and Network - with iHollywood style!
