Josh Rabinowitz

Grey Worldwide

Senior Vice President, Director, Music

Josh has been involved with some of the most high profile initiatives to integrate compelling music with advertising, including campaigns for Dr. Pepper featuring artists such as Black Eyed Peas, Run DMC (their last recording together), LL Cool J, Celia Cruz, Cyndi Lauper, Paulina Rubio, Sugar Ray's Mark McGrath and Latin heartthrob, Thalia. Since 1996, he has written and/or produced about 1000 tracks for advertisements. Mr. Rabinowitz is a firm believer that the record world needs to intersect properly with the ad world. To that end, he was a driving force behind Alana Davis' wildly successful cover of Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young's "Carry On" for Sony's spot entitled "The Trip". Additionally, Mr. Rabinowitz produced Macy Grays’ version of “Walk this Way” for the 2004 SONY Walkman campaign that was released on her “Very Best of Macy Gray” CD, on Epic Records, in 2004 He also produced Los Lonely boys’ version of “I Walk the Line” for the Walkman, which is was released on the band’s Grammy Winning self-titled release “Los Lonely Boys”, also on Epic.
