Peter
Ahnegard joined Sony Ericsson in March 2004 as Partner
Manager for third-party game developers for Sony Ericsson's
Java ME-enabled mobile phones. He is responsible for Sony
Ericsson's gaming offerings for Fun & Downloads, PlayNow™
and preloaded phone programs. Peter also supports
partners with game development know how, technical support
and business opportunities through Sony Ericsson Developer
World. The mission of his group is to build relations
and sign distribution deals with key game developers on
a global scale and channeling third party content to Sony
Ericsson's own distribution channels. Among his
many accomplishments was his work in spearheading Sony
Ericsson's key game developer relationship efforts to
secure action-packed 3D games based on Mobile Java 3D
and OpenGL ES. Peter is a popular speaker and has spoken
at a number of mobile gaming and mobile entertainment
events, where he has provided insights from his experience
in end-to-end sourcing and distribution of mobile content.
Before
Peter joined Sony Ericsson, he worked for many years in
the IT industry and was behind many professional gaming

Michael
Bates is a 20-year veteran of the software industry. He
has a long history of developing consumer-focused technology
with a particular passion for mobile solutions. Michael
is responsible for iqzone's overall strategy including
product development, financing and partnerships. He began
collaborating with his long-term technology partners to
develop iqzone in early 2006. Since then, the mobile camera
phone and online classified advertising markets have exploded,
creating optimal conditions to launch the service to consumers.
Prior to iqzone, Michael spent a few years focusing on
research and development in the biotech industry, at which
time he also worked with non-profit organizations on medical
research and fundraising. In 1999, Michael led the launch
of IQorder, the first online shopping portal available
via mobile devices. The company was acquired by InfoSpace
in 2000. Prior to that, Michael researched and invested
in emerging technologies that led to the successful launch
of two companies, Software Marketing Corporation and AutoMap,
which grew to combined annual sales exceeding $20 million.
Software Marketing Corporation was sold to Softkey International
(a division of Mattel), and Automap was sold to Microsoft.
Afterwards, Michael accepted a two-year position as a
Senior Publisher with Softkey. Prior to that, he joined
PC Globe as Vice President of Sales and drove annual revenues
to $8 million within the first year. Michael graduated
from Arizona State University. |

Hollywood Reporter weekly TV magazine which is shown on
cable in the USA and Latin America. Ettore oversees production
and distribution of programs for mobile applications to
more than 20 territories and has made mobile deals in
all major markets worldwide. Ettore started his career
as a filmmaker in 1972, working as a director cameraman
for SwedishTV, British television and has also produced
several documentaries for National Geographic in Africa,

worldwide. As part of the executive team for Hotels.com,
Mr. Freeman helped shape the strategic direction of the

joining Hotels.com, Mr. Freeman was the senior vice president
of operations for Hybrid, a boutique IT consultancy based
in Dallas. At Hybrid, he was responsible for business
development, client management and delivery. Prior to
Hybrid, Mr. Freeman was a founder of Big Theory, a start-up
consultancy acquired by Worldwide Xceed Group in 2000.
At Xceed, he was the chief creative officer and was responsible
for the global user experience practice with over 200
employees in 10 domestic offices as well as offices in
London and Amsterdam. Overall, Mr. Freeman has founded
three start-ups, a software company, a communications
design firm and an IT consultancy. The software company,
Business Management Solutions, was formed while he was

in the local search and mobile directory industry, having
started developing go2's Location-Based Services (LBS)
technology in 1996. He is the co-inventor on ten U.S.

referencing technologies. From go2's initial public
launch in 1999 as the first mobile, local search and directory
website in the U.S., Mr. Hancock led go2's growth to over
110 employees, a $7 million annual run rate, and three
rounds of Venture Capital and strategic financing in 2000
and 2001. He also led go2's formation of key technology
and strategic alliances with industry-leading partners

industry, Ms. Henriksson holds the role of Vice President
of Managed and Hosting Sales within Ericsson's Global

for hosting business development, which includes management
of new end-user services, operating networks, field maintenance
and management of customer care and billing. She is also
responsible for business management, business and marketing
consulting content aggregation platforms and Ericsson's
Mobility World in North America which enhances the collaboration
between network operators, developers, content providers,
enterprises and technology suppliers in building applications
for the Mobile Internet. Previously, Ms. Henriksson held
the position of Sales Manager for fixed networks and vendor

wireless communications systems. Brett established new
divisions for audio/multimedia software and networking
for Intelligraphics. He has also been involved in the
development and marketing of early-market products for
802.11 wireless networking, PC-based VoIP, and other technologies.
Brett holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin
with a concentration in high-tech marketing and a BA in

John Smelzer is Senior Vice President and General Manager
of Mobile for Fox Interactive Media (FIM) in charge of
developing mobile extension strategies for FIM's online
assets, including FOXSports.com, IGN.com, MySpace.com
and Grab.com, among others. His group, which was formed
in March 2006, creates and manages FIM-branded mobile
offerings that span the wireless product spectrum from
sports to social networking, and are distributed on all
major US carriers. Smelzer joined FOXSports.com as Director,
Business Development in August 2001. In this role, he
secured FOX Sports' place as an anchor tenant in the Real
Network's RealOne Super Pass , one of the first broadband
video consumer products. Promoted to Vice President in
2002, Smelzer pioneered Fox Sports' initial mobile expansion
and oversaw the creation and distribution of a FOX Sports
mobile video offering across all major carriers and aggregators.
Smelzer also led negotiations with Microsoft MSN for the
exclusive distribution of FOXSports.com. |
