Based in the Los Angeles office of ICM, Michael leads and coordinates the company's digital and new media assets, including working with ICM's London and New York offices.  With its recent acquisition of The Broder Webb Chervin Silbermann Agency, ICM is the premier agency for creators of television and new media programming.

Michael joined ICM in 2000, and has packaged numerous new media projects.  He has been a leader in Internet deal making, in addition to developing content for the new media platform.  Michael is a strategic advisor for technology and new media company clients on growth and financing.  Prior to ICM, Michael practiced entertainment law at Lavely & Singer and Behr Abramson & Kaller, and consulted on patents and patent related issues at Gauntlet and Associates.  Michael completed his undergraduate studies at The University of Illinois, and attended The University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he served as the Executive Associate Editor of “The Hastings Entertainment Law Review.”

Marc Zachary

Marc Zachary has over 15 years experience at major US and international media companies, licensing and distributing film, television, video, music, and gaming product across multiple platforms.  Marc manages entertainment content and partnerships for kajeet, a new tween-focused MVNO now available at Best Buy and Limited Too stores nationwide.  With its young demographic, kajeet is continually rolling out content services with these users in mind.  Prior to joining kajeet, Marc held the position of Senior Vice-President of Product Development for Columbia House, the largest direct seller of DVDs and CDs in the U.S.  As the first employee based in Los Angeles, Marc became a main point of contact for the movie studios and closed deals with over 15 new content providers.  Marc was previously Head of the U.S. Office for Mediaset & Medusa Film, the largest media group in Italy and one of the largest in Europe, representing over $5 billion in annual combined revenue.  Through his technical knowledge and contacts in the industry, Marc guided the group into new areas, including Digital Television, DVRs, VOD, IMAX cinemas, and videogames.  Prior to Mediaset/Medusa, Marc licensed all U.S. product for a dual TV channel launch in Italy by the Cecchi Gori Group, and he was an integral part of the launch team of the Orbit Satellite Television Network, the first digital Pay-TV network in the Middle East.  Marc received his MBA from Stanford University and a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Ahnegard joined Sony Ericsson in March 2004 as Partner Manager for third-party game developers for Sony Ericsson's Java ME-enabled mobile phones. He is responsible for Sony Ericsson's gaming offerings for Fun & Downloads, PlayNow and preloaded phone programs.  Peter also supports partners with game development know how, technical support and business opportunities through Sony Ericsson Developer World. The mission of his group is to build relations and sign distribution deals with key game developers on a global scale and channeling third party content to Sony Ericsson's own distribution channels.  Among his many accomplishments was his work in spearheading Sony Ericsson's key game developer relationship efforts to secure action-packed 3D games based on Mobile Java 3D and OpenGL ES. Peter is a popular speaker and has spoken at a number of mobile gaming and mobile entertainment events, where he has provided insights from his experience in end-to-end sourcing and distribution of mobile content. Before Peter joined Sony Ericsson, he worked for many years in the IT industry and was behind many professional gaming projects in Sweden.

Dan Novak

Dan Novak is vice president of programming and advertising for MediaFLO USA Inc., which aggregates premium, full-length content from the best-known entertainment brands, delivering a mobile entertainment service to mobile phones via its dedicated nationwide multicast network.  In his role, Novak is responsible for the programming strategy and acquisition of content, production and advertising for MediaFLO USA Inc.  Novak joined QUALCOMM with more than two decades of media experience.  A television sports and programming veteran, Novak was the vice president and general manager of Channel 4 San Diego, driving the growth and innovation of the award-winning regional network since its launch in 1997.  Under his direction, Channel 4 San Diego grew into a dominant network in the regional sports and media market.  While with Cox Communications, Novak oversaw the sports marketing investments and programming ventures for the region including the Padres, PETCO Park and Cox Arena at San Diego State University. A graduate of what is now Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism, Novak received his Master's degree from San Diego State University's School of Communication, where he has served as a part-time faculty member.

Entrepreneurial by nature, Jon's experience spans the start of the mobile entertainment industry. He has been involved at the executive level in 3 mobile start ups (Premium Wireless Services, MOVISO & m-Qube). All of these companies have been acquired with positive results. The latest being the $250MM+ m-Qube acquisition by VeriSign, Inc. in May of 2006. He was also the former Vice President of Business Development & Professional Services for Moviso, Universal's mobile media company which was acquired by Infospace Inc. Prior to jumping in the untested waters of mobile, he was the former Western Region Partner at US Web/CKS (marchFIRST) where he ran the number three office in annual revenue bookings out of 72 worldwide. His tenure there included 4 mergers/acquisitions and was apart of the executive team when USWeb went public on NASDAQ during the late 90's.  Jon continues to act as a Strategist, Consultant & Board Member for leading media and entertainment firms domestically and abroad. Some of his current engagements include co-founder of MoMeMo Inc. (momemo.org) which is the mobile entertainment industry's leading networking organization to sitting on the Wireless Advisory Board for the Government of Ireland.

Michele Law joined Greylock as an Associate in the fall of 2000 and was promoted to Principal in 2003. Her primary areas of investment focus are mobile applications and services, consumer technologies and systems and she is an observer on the boards of Oodle, Glimpse, Symphoniq and Seven Networks. Prior to Greylock, Michele was a lead hardware engineer at Sun Microsystems specializing in the design and development of RF and digital board products for Sun's workstation and graphic product lines and was co-inventor on two technical patents. While at Sun, she also held program management and product marketing roles. In addition, Michele was an analog chip designer at IBM and an associate at the investment bank Robertson Stephens where she executed IPO transactions in the eBusiness and Internet infrastructure technology space. Michele holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Richard joined Accel in 2006, with a focus on mobile and broadband services software, as well as messaging and security applications. Rich currently serves on the board of Admob, the leading mobile advertising company, and Sana Security.  Through pre-Accel associations, Rich also serves as a board advisor to Plaxo, Simplicita, and 4thMedia.  Prior to Accel, Rich was SVP/GM of Products at Openwave. In this capacity, Rich launched several of OPWV's most successful new products such as the Edge security gateway (anti-abuse), integrated messaging, and location-based services. Rich was previously GM of Messaging Products, growing the business from $50MM to $180MM from 2003 to 2005, and Chief Marketing Officer from 2001 to 2003.  While at Openwave, Rich founded and chaired the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group, a consortium of ISPs and technology providers working together to combat internet abuse.  Mr. Wong holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and received his MBA from the MIT Sloan School

Gregg Brown is the senior manager of music products, strategy and partnerships for AT&T Mobility.  Brown has been with AT&T Mobility since 2003 and is responsible for overseeing AT&T Mobility's full music strategy and product offerings, which includes product definition, partner negotiations, and product execution.  He is currently leading the launch efforts of AT&T Mobility Music, AT&T Mobility's innovative mobile music experience.  Brown came to AT&T Mobility from Inovis, a leading B2B software company, where he served as a Director in their Business Development organization. In this role, Brown was responsible for strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Inovis in 1999, Brown held various positions with GTE Wireless and Arthur Andersen.  Gregg earned a Master of Business Administration from Emory's Goizueta Business School and Bachelor of Science from Florida State University. Brad has a passion for music and values the Internet's ability to connect fans with both large and small artists, making his entrance into the digital entertainment world a natural progression. Brad made this transition as Vice President of Worldwide Business Development and Worldwide OEM Sales for Roxio, Inc., where he was responsible for all business development efforts for the company, including international expansion, the acquisition and integration of pressplay (a music subscription joint venture between Sony Music Entertainment and Universal Music Group), the acquisition and integration of MGI Software (which brought the #1 consumer photo and editing products into Roxio's digital media portfolio) and the development of strategic partnerships, including those with Samsung Electronics, Intel, Best Buy, Gateway and Dell. Prior to joining Roxio, Brad was active in both the technology and customer service industries as the Vice President of Corporate Development for PeopleSupport, Inc., a leading provider of integrated e-customer relationship management solutions. While at PeopleSupport, Inc. Brad raised over $50 million in venture financing, and closed strategic partnerships with industry leaders, such as Hewlett Packard and Siebel Systems, Inc.
