content. This licensed content is used to create ringtones,

Communications, where he was responsible for strategic
planning of Wireless Internet Solutions. This included
the planning for overall wireless data strategy, mobile
portal development, strategic Internet alliances and
business strategy. Mr. Evju gained extensive European
telecom experience during his three years in Norway
at NetCom GSM, where he was as a Director of Business
Development and responsible for the initial planning,
development and commercial launch of Mother, one of
the world's first mobile portals, as well as the development
of content based text messaging products.

Pacific Ecommerce operations and grew their Asian business

Sales Company, responsible for all digital revenue from
U.S. based brick and mortar retailers including Wal-Mart,
Target, Best Buy and others. He started as a College
Representative at BMG Distribution in 1991 and held
several roles at the Branch and National levels at BMG
Distribution, including Marketing and Market Research
roles prior to the SONY BMG merger. Mr. Levin tenured
at the dot com pure play GetMusic, a joint venture between
BMG and Universal, from 1999 to 2000 in database marketing.

Merrill opened the nation’s first retail chain
dedicated exclusively to wireless products and services.
As the Chief Executive Officer of ePhones, he raised
$28 million in venture capital funding, and provided
wireless Internet technology, infrastructure, logistics
and support for more than 300 companies nationwide.
Mr. Merrill is also the author of “Dare to Lead:
Uncommon Sense and Unconventional Wisdom from 50 Top
CEOs”. In addition to speaking at many major wireless
conferences, he is a frequent speaker at leading business
schools, including: Georgetown, Stanford, Columbia and
Harvard Business School. Mr. Merrill is a graduate of
the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and the U.S.
Army Ranger School, and he served as a Captain in the
Field Artillery.

between all Vivendi Universal Internet business units
