CANCELLATIONS:
No refunds will be given for the IMPACT! Mobile and Digital Licensing Summit. We suggest that you send a replacement if you are unable to attend. Please submit a written letter of substitution.
TRANSPORTATION SERVICE:
A guest services desk at the Crystal Palace or on the lower level of the Javits Center will be able to arrange for private limousine service or airport transfers.
SHUTTLE BUS INFORMATION:
Free shuttle bus service will be provided throughout the day between the official Licensing 2006 International hotels and the Javits Convention Center. Shuttle schedules will be available at the hotel information desks and at the Javits Convention Center. At the close of the show each day, shuttle bus service will also be provided to Grand Central and Penn Stations and the Port Authority Bus Terminal.
SHUTTLE BUS ROUTES:
ROUTE 1: Bus stops at the Sheraton on 7th Avenue between 52nd and 53rd Streets. Servicing: Sheraton NY Hotel & Towers and the Novotel.
ROUTE 2: Bus stops at the Crowne Plaza on Broadway between 48th and 49th Streets. Servicing: Crowne Plaza and the W NY Times Square. Bus stops at the Marriott Marquis on 45th street off Broadway. Servicing: Marriott Marquis and the Westin NY Times Square and the Paramount.
ROUTE 3: (4:00 to 6:00 PM only) From Javits Convention Center to Penn Station on 7th Avenue at 31st Street.
ROUTE 4: (4:00 to 6:00 PM only) From Javits Convention Center to Grand Central on 42nd Street at Vanderbilt and Port Authority on 42nd Street and 8th Avenue.
