VP, Digital Media Initiative
Donald
is Vice President of Sony Pictures Entertainment's Digital
Media Initiative (DMI). Created four years ago, DMI
is charged with the research, development and deployment
of digital media technologies and infrastructure servicing
all SPE lines of business. With production, marketing
and distribution customers across Motion Pictures, Home
Entertainment, Television, Product Fulfillment and Digital
groups, DMI is also responsible for facilitating the
repurposing and sharing of digital assets across the
company. Previously, Donald was Vice President of Sony
Pictures' internal management consulting group, Change
Management. Prior to joining Sony, he was a manager
at Deloitte Consulting, and served on General Electric's
highly respected Corporate Audit Staff. Donald holds
a B.S. In Civil & Environmental Engineering from
Cornell University, and an MBA from the Anderson School
of Management at UCLA. |

Partner
Claas is a partner at Innovature Capital Partners, a
venture capital and private equity services and advisory
firm he co-founded with Sven Weber. He also is an advisor
to T-Venture. From 2002 until September 2006, he has
been the Managing Director for T-Venture of America
, the U.S. arm of T-Venture, the Corporate Venture Capital
unit of Deutsche Telekom Group, including T-Mobile.
Claas joined Deutsche Telekom in 1995 in Germany and
held a variety of management positions. He joined T-Venture
in Bonn , Germany in 2001, after serving as an outside
advisor since 1997. Claas moved to the US for T-Venture
in 2002. Claas is a member of the German-American Business
Association of California, a previous member of the
VC-Angel Roundtable, and previous member of the steering
committee of the Service Provider Investment Forum.
He was on the advisory board of Cal-IT and is on the
advisory board of Golden Capital Network and iHollywoodForum
as well. Claas is a graduate of NVCA's Venture Capital
Institute. |

Manager
Harshul Sanghi manages the Silicon Valley office of
Motorola Ventures, based in Sunnyvale , California
. Harshul's role includes identifying, executing,
and managing strategic investments in startup companies
that will drive the realization of Motorola's vision
of Seamless Mobility. He is also responsible for managing
the Venture group's investment activities in India.
Harshul comes to Motorola through its acquisition
of Ucentric Systems, a leading provider of Whole Home
Media solutions, where he was responsible for worldwide
sales and market development of the consumer electronics
sector. Harshul has extensive experience in the digital
media, consumer electronics, and semiconductor industries.
In his previous role, Harshul served as General Manager
of the satellite and terrestrial business team of
Philips Electronic's North America Set-Top Box Division.
