Ken oversees the day-to-day operation of the production
staff and facility and managing the implementation of new
business systems and technologies. He is also responsible
for the hiring and recruitment of new employees and employee
development. Previously, Mr. Adelson served as Managing
Director of NBAE, Director of Production for NBAE's Sales,
Marketing and PSA group and Senior Producer. Prior to joining
NBAE as a Producer in October 1990, he worked as a sports
anchor/producer for a variety of television stations, including
WVIT-TV in Hartford, Conn., KTVK-TV in Phoenix, Arizona
and KTVX-TV in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Adelson began his
broadcasting career in 1982 with a dual role of sportscaster
and sports director at WECT-TV in Wilmington, N.C. |

Lee founded LHB in 2001, which specializes in developing
direct relationships between sports teams/properties and
new media platforms. LHB's client roster includes more than
a dozen teams throughout the NFL, MLB, NBA, and NHL, including
the Pittsburgh Steelers, Dallas Cowboys, Seattle Seahawks,
Houston Texans, Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Charlotte
Bobcats, Memphis Grizzlies, and Pittsburgh Penguins, along
with developing regional sports programming for the Verizon
FiOS video service. Mr. Berke's background in developing
sports media businesses also includes co-authoring the original
business plan for the New York Yankees' YES Network, and
heading up marketing for Madison Square Garden and MSG Network.

Eric Kirsten currently oversees Interactive
Television for ESPN and its family of networks. Previously,
Eric was the Vice President of Product Development for GlobalCenter/Exodus
and before that, Vice President of Business Development
for AT&T Broadband's iTV group. Eric has also served
as a Project Manager at CableLabs and was a Co-founder of
TrueChat, Inc., which was acquired in 2000 by Terayon Communications.
He is a graduate of Duke University and Georgetown Law School.

Randy serves as the Chief Operating Officer of
Fox Sports Networks, a position he was named to in Sept.
2001. Mr. Freer's responsibilities include overseeing all
day-to-day operations at FSN as well as its 15 owned and
operated regional sports networks, including programming,
production, promotion, marketing and scheduling. Prior to
holding the position of Chief Operating Officer, he successfully
served as the network's Executive Vice President. In that
capacity, Mr. Freer's responsibilities included overseeing
all business development and day-to-day operations for FSN.
In addition, he worked on creating new Internet and digital
platform business opportunities including the re-launch
of the FOXSports.com website. Mr. Freer joined FSN in 1997
after serving three years as Senior Vice President, Business
Affairs at Active Entertainment, an animation syndication
firm. |

Ray is responsible for the day-to-day operations
of YES and directly oversees the cable and satellite distribution
for the most-watched regional sports television network
in the country -- featuring the 26-time World Champion New
York Yankees and the 2002 and 2003 Eastern Conference champion
New Jersey Nets. Prior to joining the YES Network, he was
Executive Vice President of Affiliate Sales and Marketing
for Gemstar-TV Guide, where he oversaw the company's interaction
with domestic cable and satellite providers. Mr. Hopkins
was also responsible for distribution efforts for TV Guide's
programming services, including the TV Guide Channel which,
under his direction, became the fastest-growing network
of 2004 with nearly 80 million subscribers, along with the
TVG Network, the premier interactive horseracing network.
In addition, Mr. Hopkins' responsibilities included TV Guide's
interactive programming guide. |

scoring, onsite at tournaments with interactive kiosks and
digital theatres, or on-the-go with graphical scoring and
alerts for mobile devices. Paul and his teams have utilized

John Snyder currently serves VP PPM Sales.
He has been with Arbitron for 10+ years and as held a number
of different positions in sales and training within the
company. John has authored a number a different studies
detailing consumer use of radio and the performance of various
formats. Before coming to Arbitron he was in radio sales
in Washington DC and Burlington VT. Arbitron is a media
and marketing research firm that measures network and local
market radio audiences across the United States ; surveys
the retail, media and product patterns of local market consumers;
and provides application software used for analyzing media
audience and marketing information data. The Company has
also developed the Portable People Meter (PPM), a new technology
for media and marketing research.

O'Donnell joined Five Across in June 2006 as an experienced
president & CEO with a proven record of accomplishment
in the Internet, media and consumer technology industries.
Prior to Five Across, O'Donnell was CEO of BitPass, a digital
payments company where he secured it's Series B Financing
of $12 million and attracted strategic partners First Data
Corporation, Disney, and Microsoft Corporation. Prior
to BitPass, O'Donnell was President & CEO of Salon Media
Group, an award-winning digital media publishing company
where he pioneered Internet adve rti sing and paid subscription
models while taking the company public on NASDAQ in 1999.
He was a founding board member of the Online Publishers
Association. Between 1987 - 1997, O'Donnell held senior
sales, marketing and business development positions at Segasoft,
a division of Sega of America, Rocket Science Games, Mindscape,
Softkey Software Products and GeoWorks. He holds a bachelor's
degree from the University of California at Berkeley.

Ritter was appointed president of NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises
(NHL ICE) in February 2001. In that role, Mr. Ritter is
charged with leveraging the League's digital assets to increase
revenue and broaden its fan base. With expanded responsibilities
for New Business Development, Mr. Ritter works with the
League's senior management on strategic business plans for
the organization and to create new and expanded business
opportunities for the League and NHL Enterprises. Mr. Ritter
oversees the NHL.com Network, which ranks in the Top 10
worldwide in traffic among sports websites. Under his leadership,
traffic to NHL.com Network has increased from nearly 1.9
million unique visitors in Feb. 2001, to 7.1 million in
April 2006, a 274 percent increase. Sponsorship and advertising
increased substantially during his tenure and revenue from
subscription offerings and wireless have grown dramatically.
The NHL.com Network, which is based on the TV network model,
is 51 site network, which includes the NHL homepage, all
30 official team sites, as well as NHL minor league affiliates,
other hockey sites around the world, including sites in
Italy and Australia. |

Wade Schalles

Wade is currently the President of Operations for
Continental Vista Broadcasting Group located in The Woodlands,
Texas. In this position he is responsible to oversee the
day-to-day operations of the company's three sales divisions.
Previous to this appointment, Mr. Schalles was an executive
with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) for 10 years, the
nation's oldest and one of the country's most prestigious
sporting organizations. Headquartered at Walt Disney World,
he was responsible for the administration, operation, and
coordination of many of the company's national sports programs
and its website while heading the marketing and media relations
departments. In addition, Mr. Schalles was responsible for
the planning, execution and oversight of the organizations
annual Sullivan Awards Dinner and Show as well as the Opening
Ceremonies for each summer's AAU Junior Olympic Games.

Executive Producer of the 2004 and 2005 US Open Tennis Championships

14 days of the tournament. Prior to joining the USTA, he
worked for the consulting firm, Scient, where he built business
models for a number of online and wireless ventures. Mr.
Volk also worked for Ketchum, within Visa USA's sports sponsorship
area. He graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania
and is currently pursuing his MBA in NYU Stern's Langone

Joe Ferreira has been with CBS SportsLine since January
2000 as Vice President of Programming and Executive Producer.
In that role, he is responsible for content and programming

NFL.com, PGATOUR.com and NCAAsports.com. In December 2004,
SportsLine.com, Inc. was fully acquired by CBS and Ferreira
continued to oversee all programming and content planning
and operation for CBS Digital Media's sports properties.
His responsibilities encompass management of the Company's
award-winning editorial functions, writers, producers, newsroom
operations and fantasy content. He is a primary liaison
with professional sports leagues, the NCAA and other sports
governing bodies as the Company continues its quest to lead
the marketplace in digital sports content. |
