Hubert
Kjelberg
Ericsson
Head
of Content
For over 50 years, broadcast
television has more or less worked the same way: as a one-way
distribution channel that provides a certain program at
a certain time. But now this is changing, to something new
and better. Soon, any time will be our personal prime time.
We will begin to control and interact with TV and switch
from passive viewing to active 'lean forward' participation.
This is the view of Ericsson, whose networks handle the
majority of existing mobile TV services. Hubert Kjellberg
has been working with content and media for the past seven
years. He has been active in creating and licensing content
at different production and format companies and has his
own media rights management company. Hubert has experience
both from the media and communications sector as he has
headed up Three's content department in Sweden and is presently
the head of content at Ericsson. |
