About Michael Stroud

Michael is CEO of iHollywood Forum, a leading producer of digital media events and summits. He also worked as a professional business journalist for 25 years, covering digital media for Wired.com, Hollywood for Bloomberg News, technology for Investor's Business Daily, and television for Broadcasting and Cable. His articles have appeared in the New York Times, San Jose Mercury News, Los Angeles Times, Asian Wall Street Journal and many other publications.. He received a BA in Asian Studies from UC Berkeley in 1981, and did graduate work in Mandarin Chinese. He lived in Asia for three years, where he started his journalism career. About Zahava Stroud

Zahava launched iHollywood Forum five years ago, with her husband, business journalist Michael Stroud, as a hobby. They initially produced networking dinners, then began producing conferences in 2001. Zahava handles business development and operations. Zahava has a BA in Sociology from UC Berkeley, and a JD from UC Davis. She joined the California bar in 1985 and practiced law as a trial attorney for 18 years in Los Angeles. She has two tech-addicted teenage children whose favorite pastime is spending their parent's hard earned money on computers, video games, downloads, software and cool cell phones, thus providing the inspiration for the topics of their conferences.
